Returns
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product.
